I’ve had Seattle on my radar for a few years now, but never really had a reason to visit. I didn’t know many people who lived there, and between all the other traveling I usually do, it’s been tough to make it up there. Not to mention I knew that if I went, I would want it to be sometime in the summer, as I have heard the winters can be somewhat gloomy. No sun for six months, no thanks. I am pretty confident that I am solar powered, and not too sure how I would handle myself in a climate like that year round. Lucky for us, we couldn’t have asked for better weather while we were there. Other than rolling my ankle on day one, the trip was perfect. I was very surprised to see how many quality Tex-Mex restaurants there were in the city.
