I took a little trip to Dallas to meet Paolo & Erica at the State Fair of Texas for their engagement session. Somehow, I manage to visit the fair at least once each year, and the people watching keeps getting better and better. I’m thankful we did a lot of walking that day, because if it weren’t for that, I’m not so sure how the fried PBJ would have settled in my stomach. I must say, Paolo’s love for food is pretty incredible. He knew all the best food stands in the park, and he was gracious enough to share with us as we made our rounds.
